It is just minutes from several golf courses and Lake Balboa. This home has very nice furnishings, beds, bedding, furniture and outdoor furnishings on the deck. There is lots of space in the 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms have a king, queen and two twins and the bathrooms have walk in showers. All living space is on one level with a large garage. My young adult daughter and her boyfriend visited a few times and there was still plenty of space for all of us. The location was peaceful, private and beautiful. We had a great stay! ##### Kris C.
