- 13 Navegar Circle is located on the 4th fairway of Magellan Golf course. It is just minutes from several golf courses and Lake Balboa. This home has very nice furnishings, beds, bedding, furniture and outdoor furnishings on the deck. There is lots of space in the 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms have a king, queen and two twins and the bathrooms have walk in showers. All living space is on one level with a large garage. All bedrooms have HDTV and there is an all seasons room overlooking the golf course.
