The only reason for a 4, rather than 5, rating was cleanliness. There were things that suggested cleaning was not thorough (crumbs in pantry shelves and on the table and spots on the floor) as it should have been particularly during this pandemic . It begs the question about what was not done in terms of disinfecting. Check in was not a problem, but did require going to a management agency rather than a coded lock on the property.
