The home is less than three miles or less than 10 minutes from the West Security (highway 7) Gate. You are walking distance to the DeSoto trail, Lake DeSoto, shops and restaurants. On the entry level is the living room with sofa and love seat and large SMART HDTV. There is a large dining table with extra chairs on the bar next to the kitchen. The kitchen has been nicely updated with side by side refrigerator, smooth cooktop and updated corian countertops. The large utility room has new HE washer and dryers. There is an all seasons room with chairs and work table. There is a concrete deck with table and a second deck with access down to a private backyard. The master bedroom has a king bed and the master bath has a walk in shower. The second king bedroom is on the entry level and there is a guest bathroom with walk in shower on this level. Downstairs is a third king bedroom, bathroom with shower and tub and a extra space with HDTV and two twin beds. The fourth bedroom is downstairs and has a queen bed, twin bed and a pool table. Hot Springs Village is a gated Community about 15 miles north of Hot Springs. House was great with the pool table and beautiful wooded neighborhood. The layout was perfect for our needs, with my husband I able to take the main level master bedroom and the "kids" in the finished downstairs. The kitchen was perfect for preparing Thanksgiving dinner and was stocked with almost every utensil we needed (the only thing we couldn't find was a rolling pin). The Brookshires grocery store right outside the entrance to the community had everything we needed (except that darn rolling pin!) and was very convenient.
