- Beautiful large historic home in downtown Hot Springs! Built by Samuel Fordyce of the Fordyce Bathhouse, this 110 year old home has been beautifully restored and filled with antiques. Enjoy relaxing, cooking, front-porch sitting and making memories! Just blocks from Northwood Trails Mountain Biking, Bathhouse Row, Arlington Park, newly restored Vapors Theater, coffee shops, restaurants and art galleries. 8 miles to Lake Hamilton, 20 miles to Lake Ouachita and 4 miles to Magic Springs Theme Park.
The Myrna Loy Home has four bedrooms (2 king beds, 2 queen beds and one full bed), three full bathrooms, large kitchen, butlers pantry, breakfast nook, dining room, living room, sitting room, wrap around front porch with seating, back patio with tables and seating, and a large yard.
