You will LOVE walking to Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Historic Bathhouse Row and the National Park from the "Clementine" Bungalow! The Interior is Fun, Bright and Comfortable! Enjoy a Funky Living Area to Lounge, Play Games or Stream your Favorite Movie on the 65" 4k TV. The Kitchen is Fully Stocked and you will Sleep Well in the Brand New King Size Bed! It is the Perfect Home Base for your Hot Springs Getaway! Located in the Historic District, just 2 Blocks from Central Ave. *FREE ONSITE PARKING
After a Day out Exploring, Snuggle into the King Size Bed and Relax or Stream a Movie on the 42" Smart TV.
The Ensuite features a Custom Tile Shower and Complimentary Toiletries.
The Clementine is Side "A" of a Duplex with the Tangerine next door! If you are Traveling with Family or Friends and want to stay close, inquire about Renting BOTH!
*The Laundry Area offers 2 Washers and 2 Dryers (available at no charge and complimentary detergent and dryer sheets are provided).
