Staff was very friendly! We enjoyed a morning walk on the trail close by and walked up the hill to a wonderful old school which is now a museum. We used our discount for a breakfast burrito & bowl. They were hot & flavorful and a good portion size. We had free coffee, chosing to sit in the sun after rain. There is construction near by.

The location along the creek in central Hot Springs is perfect for walking the historic city. Morning coffee and muffins complimentary.

"I'm really sorry about the noise disturbance you experienced due to your loud neighbors during your stay at Springs Lodge & Cafe, David. We take noise issues seriously and have made extra efforts to mitigate them. All of our remodeled rooms have been equipped with ample insulation to minimize any disturbance, while still retaining the historical charm of the property."

We had a well maintained and attractively decorated motel room. Everything thing was very clean. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. We were able to park right outside of our room and the property is well located. The cafe is so convenient for getting coffee and breakfast. I would stay here again.

I liked the location rates and pretty updates but didn’t like that a lot of things were closed for the season the roadwork and that we didn’t get to enjoy any hot springs :( that’s why we came the beds hard pillows not to fluffy the towels are dingy and there was a mess under the bed needed swept and mopped oh!! And spiders 🕷️ lots of them in the room also the room showed on the website that they were cabins but they were rooms only 3 cabins it’s noisy you can hear ppl talking and closing their car doors all hours of the night

This is an older Motel…but it’s in the process of updating. Beautiful clean and quiet rooms. Perfect location. The man at the front desk was very helpful even suggesting restaurants. The little cafe is incredible! The breakfast burritos are huge and the coffee was great. Hope to stay here again!

We loved it!!
From the time my friend and I were greeted at check in, until check out the next morning, every part of our stay was excellent. The owners are kind and friendly (as was their dogs), the room was comfortable and clean, and the room was quiet and dark while we slept. The free coffee is not your normal hotel coffee - it is coffee from their cute cafe, which also had a good selection of other menu items at a very reasonable price. This is not the normal run of the mill hotel/motel. It is a very charming place run by people who made us (and my dog!) feel so welcome and at home. It’s very centrally located, and much less than hotels that are not as nice!

Our room was cozy. The shower head was superb! The mattress was firm and comfy for my husband's aging back. We had a zoom meeting scheduled and wifi was superb. The decor was unique, personal rather than look-a-like. The cafe was super convenient and food yummy. The only issue was the road construction getting to the inn but we got a backroad view of this sweet hilly town. Our stay was truly delightful!
