We love to see pets join the vacation. If you are bringing more than 1 pet, please contact first before booking. The pet fee is for 1 pet. Beautiful view over hot brook canyon. King size master, bunk room with double and single beds. Sofa bed in living room for 2\. Sleeps 7 total. Brand new deck just added, for the hot tub and nice place to sit and relax. Let us know if you would like the 4 person hot tub during your visit. Nice large bathroom and shower, fireplace, 39in popup tv with dish service, dinning table inside and outside under the 20ft awning. Lots of big windows to enjoy the canyon views throughout your entire stay. Ac, stove, frig, WiFi... All the comforts of home. Coffee pot is a combo Keurig / drip. Enjoy everything from beautiful sunrises to amazing sunsets. Rv is parked in a secluded area in the trees close to the cliff, but still easy to get to with a car or motorcycle and well hidden from the main house. Please remember this is a RV/Camping experience, the RV does have AC, but in the hot summer months we can not guarantee the RV will be as cool as your home. The nights typically drop down in the 50's/60s even in the summer, so with open windows, it usually is very comfortable sleeping. Non-Smoking in the RV. The drive through a red rock Canyon to get to the vacation rental was stunning. The location was not far from the Black Hills or the Badlands. Everything about this place was wonderful. Hot Springs is a great place to stay away from the crowds of other towns in the Black Hills with a lot of outdoor adventures to be had. The Sandpiper is on a gorgeous bit of land with a beautiful view, and you can't go wrong with dog-friendly and a hot tub. We’re thinking of now trading our camper in for a Sandpiper…the property we stayed on had a stunning view, so even though this location was quite far from everything, the view definitely made up for all the driving. Will definitely let our friends and family know. The only down side was that in the evening when we got back and wanted to watch a little tv before bed we couldn’t get on anything. Thank goodness my husband had a good telephone plan, he would just use his phone for the data to watch something; internet froze a lot. A perfect way to unwind after seeing the sites of the Black Hills area. The property is a little slice of heaven, the views are beautiful. The Sandpiper was the prefect size for our family of 3\. A beautiful place! I can't say enough about it and words wont do it justice. Let me say this, it was so relaxing that we spent a whole day lounging on the deck even though we had the day planned for sight seeing. We used the hottub every morning and night. The kitchen is the perfect size for one cook but everything worked perfectly. The a/c worked great, it does get hot in SD in the summer. It was difficult to leave this place and I wish we had the whole summer there!I don't believe anyone could say anything negative about this place, and if they do, there is something wrong with them! ##### Sandra S.
