My Guest Quarters is walking distance to Oaklawn Racetrack & Casino & .5 mile to Majestic Park, and 1.1 mile from downtown Hot Springs. It's close to restaurants & nightlife, grocery stores, hospitals, public transport & parks. You will love my little guest room because of its location. Our neighborhood borders the racetrack, and you can see the horses come around the bend from the front yard. Centrally located in Hot Springs, you can be anywhere rather quickly. Many restaurants and a grocery store are located within a mile of the property. My family lives in the main house, and the guest room is detached from it with a private entrance.

Uber & Lyft rides are fairly easy to catch from this location. The cars are usually parked close to Oaklawn waiting to give rides. Since the apps select cars that are closest, we have never had to wait long.

Smoke free environment

Linens laundered with custom laundry soap, hypoallergenic, all natural products from Buff City.

Heated tile floor

Perfect Cozy Stay

Host was extremely welcoming, appreciated the early check in due to our travel schedule. Located in a peaceful nice neighborhood, thoughtful touches throughout the guest quarters. Easy walk to Oaklawn. Would stay again!

Racetrack Getaway

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our Oaklawn trip. We walked to the track it was so close. Our host Randi had thought of all the little details to make your stay pleasant. It was a beautiful safe neighborhood. Her tips she shared on things to get to the horses was extra special. We would stay again if we get the chance.

Great Experience

We had a great time and great experience staying! Randi and her husband were so nice and friendly. They gave us some great ideas for our staying (where to go at Oaklawn and to see the horses early). We were able to walk to Oaklawn and back (and felt safe). The property was clean and perfect for my husband and I to use for the weekend. Thanks again for everything!

Great location

Really nice neighborhood. Perfect location for going to Oaklawn track or casino. It was very quiet in the cottage. Nicely decorated and very clean. Property owner left snacks and drinks in room- nice touch.

Great Location in Lovely Neighborhood

We were looking for a weekend rode trip from Dallas to celebrate a birthday, and our first visit to Hot Springs fit the bill perfectly! This location is perfect for those planning to visit Oaklawn for horse racing and/or the casino. The host was very pleasant and accommodating, and the guest house in the back of the property was very charming and had a private feel. Highly recommend!!
