Two bedroom remodeled 1920s cottage that is a few blocks from Oaklawn Racing and Casino. Walking distance to Bathhouse Row Downtown and the Farmers Market, along with great location for baseball and softball tournaments at Majestic Park (3 blocks away). In addition, our location can get you to the convention center quick for volleyball & basketball tournaments. Beautiful original hardwood floors. Updated kitchen has all the amenities you will want or need, along with traditonal coffee maker and a Keurig. Both bedrooms feature queen beds with their own ensuites and a queen sleeper will keep you comfortable along with 4 smart TVS a 65" inch picture tv in the lounge area as well as a 55" inch picture Tv in the living area with 40 inch tvs in each bedroom. Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled with custom tiled showers and one with a tub, along with new vanities. Laundry facility with washer and dryer. There are two living room/lounge areas one with a shuffleboard. There is an Outdoor area for entertaining with a fire pit with a rock patio, charcoal grill, and completely fenced in back yard that will be completed before the end of October. Parking for two vehicles in the driveway, driveway is shared but the driveway adjacent to the home will hold two larger vehicles.
