  • Beautiful new construction home! This clean and spacious 3-bedroom home has 5 queen size beds sleeping 10 comfortably. Large rooms with high ceilings. Granite countertops and modern furnishings throughout. Fire pit and outdoor sitting area to relax.

    This property is 4 min (1.4 miles) from Angostura Reservoir. One of the great large reservoirs in the Black Hills. Easy access to the boat dock and beaches. Walleye fishing is a favorite at this lake. Along the waterfront extends 3.2 miles of paved pathway great for biking or walking. Sailboats and kayaks are available for rent at the nearby beach.

    Want a break from the lake, check out the famous and gorgeous Southern Hills 18 Hole Golf Course, Mammoth Site, and Cascade Springs (swimming hole/waterfall) in the nearby city.
