Plenty of seating in the livingroom and diningroom. Hot water for all us during shower time with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lots of towels. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware. Kids really enjoyed the air hockey table in the game room. Within 5-20 mins to tons of place to eat or play.
