With fast Wi-Fi, SMART tv, and a desirable porch with one-of-a-kind lake and mountain views, this condo is setup for a quick and easy vacation. Guests will have access to two pools, the lake, and a boat slip available upon request. Come enjoy Southshore G1; a beautiful condo with ease of access to all that Hot Springs offers!

Very nice property. Could use updating but everything is functional as is. Nice view of the lake. Somewhat obstructed but really not bad due to the home’s positioning on the hillside. Just a short walk to the pool. Pool is in shaded area so there were a lot of pine needles in the water. Host was exceptional and easy to communicate with. Would definitely consider this property if we’re ever in Hot Springs again.

The property was affordable for our purpose, cheaper than 2 hotel rooms. It's beginning to show its age tho. Access stairs are in beginning stages of rot. Several spongy deck boards. Patio furniture needs better support for cushions. Fan on patio was non operational and shroud was busted. Overall the property met our needs

We were very disappointed in our stay at this condo. Several things did not meet our expectations. There was no toilet paper in one bathroom and only a half of roll in the other bathroom with no other paper in the rest of the condo. We had to run to the store the next morning and buy some. There was no soap in one of the bathrooms as well as no shampoo or conditioner. No washcloths in one bathroom and only 2 bath towels in each bathroom. The shower curtain in the spare bathroom is nasty on the bottom and needs to be changed out, the shower also did not drain, so we were standing in water as we showered. There are no hangers in the closets to hang up our clothes. No hair dryers in the condo. The outside patio furniture is so dirty you can't use it. We would not stay at this unit again. I won't the above to the host, but did not receive a reply.

Nice condo but could use some updating/amenities

Beautiful area and condo very clean but could use some updating. Bathtub drain stopper would not close so could only take a shower. Kitchen table bench very wobbly. Back porch had cobwebs everywhere and cushions stained. If you sat on them very long, they were flat as a pancake. Fan hanging in wall on back porch all busted up. . No iron or DVD player in unit- some of life’s necessities. The unit was nice, it just needs some attention to detail.

Advertised as new, but wasn't. The beds were very comfortable. clean. Bathrooms were clean. Kitchen was ok. Cold water ran hot for a while before turning cold. The living room, sofa and loveseat need replaced. Terribly worn. Patio furniture was worn and we could not use. The view of the lake was beautiful. We bought cheap chairs at Walmart to sit on.Owner needs to inspect and update. I have to be honest in leaving this review. I'm sure there are other units in the complex that are really nice. It's a beautiful place

Perfect Getaway

This was a perfect get away. We went to enjoy time celebrating 33 years of marriage and we were not disappointed with the location or the apartment itself. Very clean and classy and yet homey. We would do this again in a heart beat.
