This was our first trip to Hot Springs. The home was exactly as pictured and easily slept 8 people. Everything was clean and in working order. The hosts provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our boys enjoyed fishing off the private dock and the views from the balconies were gorgeous. We were not familiar with the Hot Springs area at all when we booked. One of the reasons we choose this house was for the large covered porches and the hot tub. It was supposed to rain while we were there and of course it rained the whole time. The porches allowed us to still be able to hang out outside and still enjoy the hot tub. Had one question about the sound system and the property manager emailed me back in less than 5 min. We rented a boat and were able to dock right at private dock provided with property. Quiet neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub was clean and we used it each day. Deck has beautiful views. We grilled all but one night. Host supplied additional grill canister with just a phone call. Bug zapper was much appreciated. Kitchen was open to dining and living area. So the cook never misses out on family fun. The downstairs is a kid haven. Plenty of sleeping accommodations. Bathrooms were all great.
