This property was exceptionally clean. The room was immaculate. I have never been in a cleaner hotel. The pool was also immaculate. The mini golf course was well maintained. The owner was very friendly. It is clear that he takes pride in his property. I recommend that everyone stay here when they go to Hot Springs.

It was very convenient to be able to pull right up to the front door of your room and have your vehicle right outside for safety. The owner of the property was very helpful and answer all of our questions. The cleaning staff was very polite. For the price it was a good motel and we would stay there again.

Very clean no-frills motel. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area, the hotel owner was super friendly and gave us two complementary games of putt putt which my son loved and made to stay very enjoyable.

We stayed one night when we were going to Wind Cave National Park. It is an older, refurbished motel that is maintained very well. The host was very friendly, and the continental breakfast had quite a variety compared to other “continental breakfasts” I’ve had. If you need just a night or two in this part of the Black Hills, I would recommend this place.

The mini golf was awesome! Free with motel stay. Room was clean. Owner was extremely helpful and nice about getting more towels etc. the outside pool was nice during the hot weather. I would definitely stay again.

Old school style motel. The room was small. but comfortable and clean. I was able to park right in front of my room. I didn't use the pool, but it looked clean and well cared for. The owner was friendly and helpful. Typical breakfast. My only complaint was that there was no hair dryer.
