Comfy beds. Washer and dryer works better than the ones at my own house do. Quiet neighborhood. Felt like price was fair for what you got. If you aren't doing anything fancy and just need a place to stay close to downtown, this place would be hard to beat. Small cons: House has a very small bathroom, if you are sitting on the toilet and someone opens the door you will get smacked. No central AC, this wasn't a problem for us but it wasn't too hot outside either, this may be an issue later in the year.
