We stayed here while traveling to Hot Springs for the first time and loved our stay here. The room was comfy and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Most of all we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which was very convenient and we ate here all 4 days we stayed. The food options were great, and made it so easy for us to eat and head out for the day. The hotel was close to many restaurants and places like Walmart and CVS and only about a 10-15 min straight drive to Bath House Row. Our only complaint would be the delayed check-in we experienced due to the rooms not being ready. We were told this was due to the laundry not being done, so the beds had no bedding yet and their were no towels, etc. in the rooms. We ended up having to wait an hour to check into our room. The staff was very apologetic. Overall though we had a good stay and would stay here again.

Checkin was awful. Man working the desk was very rude to four different older women before us. Screaming at each one and saying he didn’t know when rooms would be ready. This was at 5pm. It was very un called for. Screaming that housekeeping had walked out. We came back 3 times to check in. Finally got into room at 6pm. Got called next day asking if we were still in room because they had us as cancelled. What a mess. Got charged 3 times. Could not get an answer as to why. Rooms were nice, beds were comfortable, breakfast was very good and ladies working the breakfast were very nice. Could’ve been a great stay if we didn’t have the very rude and awful checkin man.

The long haired man at the desk was terrible. He lectured me multiple times on booking with Expedia. He claimed they could only use 4 certain rooms for Expedia customers and they were dirty at 7:30 pm so we waited over an hour. He is running this hotel in the ground with his behavior. The entire lobby was full at 8pm with families waiting on their rooms to be cleaned. Thankfully the housekeepers were kind and did a great job. The pool was made to look way better in photos it was pretty run down. Breakfast was cold. I hate writing poor reviews but with this experience and $250 for a room it is necessary.

We go to check in and the front desk said they had no rooms ready due to housekeepers quitting. We said that fine we will come back later this was at 3 in the afternoon. We come back at 8:30pm and they gave us a room key to go look at and see if it was clean, it was not. We did this 3 times. The last room everything looked clean but the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. At this point I said it was fine we will take it. Beds were super. comfortable. That’s the only positive. They got a housekeeper in and she was vacuuming until 1030 that night. Walls were super thin. Could hear everybody and their tvs. In the morning when we were getting dressed a roach crawled up the wall. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone.

The staff was friendly. The room was a good size and appeared somewhat updated. The chair and ottoman were very dirty with visible stains all over it. The breakfast “buffet” had gravy that tasted like it was 5 days old, the bread was hard as a rock before toasting it. Other than that, it was a decent stay. I’d give it 3 stars.

Disappointing hotel stay
My wife and I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. We always had an excellent experience. The last time we stayed at the hotel was before everything shut down for Covid. This stay was a lot different from past stays. Walking into hotel, the immediate musty/ mildew smell was strong. The room we stayed in smelled the same. There was mildew on the grout in the shower. Breakfast was good. Hotel needs a good cleaning. We will be looking for another hotel to stay in on our next visit to Hot Springs.

Overall a great hotel. Carpeting needs to be replaced but everything else was up to date and very clean. Hot breakfast was good also. Staff was very friendly and professional. Check in was easy and the parking was great.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. A carpet and couch replacement would do a lot to refresh the room we stayed in. They were cleaned but had stains that probably won't come out and don't give a very good first impression. The queen beds seemed smaller than a normal, which combined with a spring mattress weren't great for sleep. Traffic in the area was pretty heavy during Christmas time, but there were a lot of food options.

Not the best, but not the worst
I tried calling several times to say we would be a late check in, no answer ever. We arrived at hotel a little after 11:00 and no one as at the desk to let us in. We rang the doorbell several times before someone finally came to let us in and check us in. Front desk person wasn’t very friendly which was fine, but definitely makes the welcome not so welcome.

The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. The primary issue with the property is the carpet in the rooms. Even though the hotel is not that old, the carpets are stained and smell. I’m not sure if it comes from people smoking outside and the air getting pulled in via the wall mounted HVAC unit, but you will often get the smell of smoke in your room as well.

The hotel and staff were fine. However, the breakfast room was so crowded with large families that it was hard to find a place to sit. The families did not clean up after themselves which makes it harder on the staff. One woman was barefoot but at least there were no animals in the food area.

Came in and wanted a cup of coffee. Coffee pot was empty and there was a large coffee spill on the table near the coffee pot. The hall way carpet was dirty and hall way smelled stale. My daughter had to change rooms because bedding smelled stale. The breakfast was fine and ladies helped us to find another chair and brought it to us.

Front desk employees very friendly and helpful. Nice, clean room. Limited accessories. Only are bottled soap, shampoo, and conditioner. No bar soap for use at sink for hand washing.
