There’s no better location for a Hot Springs, AR getaway than this recently remodeled, 1900 sq ft, 3-bedroom, 2-bath home, sitting on 6 secluded acres, just a short drive away from top area attractions! The mountain views are breathtaking. It's not unusual to see deer from the kitchen or master bedroom windows. Enjoy the fire pit area and outdoor seating.

Sleeps 8 comfortably.

House is cleaned and maintained by owners.

KITCHEN: Well-equipped w/ cooking basics as well as blender, hand mixer, crock pot, drip and K-cup coffeemaker, toaster oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Dish soap and dishwasher tabs are provided.

Propane Grill on the back patio with grilling utensils.

TVs are installed in the living area, master bedroom and rec room. There is no basic cable so be sure to bring your user name and passwords for all of your favorite streaming services and apps. WIFI is included.

A small amount of firewood is provided for the fire pit.

Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided in each bathroom.

We had a great stay! The home is beautiful and has a gorgeous view. It was clean and spacious enough for our family of 7. The owners provided all the necessities and the kids loved getting cookies as a surprise during our late night check-in. The home was close enough to town that we could explore everything in Hot Springs with just a short drive but far enough out to be able to relax and enjoy being outside in the yard. I would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Hot Springs!

The getaway spot

Perfect place to get away from the rush of life. The house was awesome and had everything you needed to enjoy a getaway. Only ever 20 minutes from anything being on top of a mountain was prefect.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The views were absolutely stunning—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Everything was just as described, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

My 3 adult kids and I booked our annual get away and selected this home for a weekend of fun and relaxation based on appearance and reviews. This home did not disappoint!! It is absolutely beautiful, with modern decor and updates including special added touches of fall decorations in the home, complete with fresh baked cookies waiting for us! It is immaculately clean! The views of the mountains, even from the big picture windows inside the house were breathtaking. We walked through the trails every day and the acreage was well maintained and manicured. Jon and Mindy are an example of what every host should be and we definitely want to come back! Thank you so much for all you did to make it a perfect weekend! People, don’t miss out on this one!

Amazing view and place

Simply AMAZING views and house. Me and my three musketeers loved roaming around outside, laying in the hammock, etc. All five of us loved lounging on the sectional and all the bedrooms. The beds were so comfortable and the showerhead in the master bedroom was incredible. The hosts did an amazing job on the house and left us homemade cookies that just happened to be my favorite kind of cookie! Six star rating because of that!

Couldn’t have been any better

We arrived at night to a well lit clean house with 0 issues getting in !Woke up to that view surprised me loved the place wouldn’t stay any place else while in hot springs!

Weekend getaway

Great house, great location, great view! Brought my family and parents for 3 nights (4 adults/1 toddler/1 baby/2 dogs). House was up on a hill with a great view and then woods on the backside of the house. Kids and dogs loved running around the property.

Fall Break Getaway

This house was perfect for our group of 4 adults/4 kids (age 10-13). Beautiful view and plenty of space indoor/outdoors for all of us to enjoy. The house comes stocked with everything you need and the hosts were excellent. The location was close to everything in Hot Springs but far enough out of the hustle/bustle of the main downtown area. We would definitely stay here again and couldn't recommend this place enough!

Best Holiday Stay

This is our third stay at The Ott House. It never disappoints. The owners have thought of everything! The views of the mountain are spectacular. And, the hammock and fire pit are always a hit!

Little slice of heaven

We went for a family vacation with our dog and we can’t wait to return in the future! The pictures don’t do the Ott House justice for how beautiful this property is. Lots of deer and other animals paid us a visit too. Mindy was very responsive, check in/out was easy, and her cookies were delicious.

Spring Break with a View

This home was perfect for our family of 5 (plus a dog) but could easily have fit 2-3 more people. Mindy was fantastic with all the small details and information, and nothing I say could justify how beautiful the property and home is. The views are spectacular. The outdoor space with a fire pit, bbq, open flat green, tree swings, woodland trails, hammock and all the rest of it just provides everything you need, no matter the mood. We’ll be back!

Perfect Fall Getaway

Our family of 6 adults and 2 dogs thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights at the Ott house. VRBO is our go to source for family getaways, and this was the best so far. Some words to describe the property: conveniently located, secluded, immaculate, spacious, welcoming, well equipped for cooking and entertainment, and beautifully furnished. We will return!

Amazing!

My family and I had an amazing vacation in Hot Springs. The mountain views were amazing! It was so peaceful and relaxing. My parents enjoyed the movie room and the beautiful scenery. The hospitality was great and our host had fresh baked cookies on the table when we arrived! Every room was filled with amenities and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay at this gorgeous mountain home when we return to Hot Springs in the future!
