My family and I have such a lovely quality time staying there. There are so many things for the kids of all ages to stay busy and have fun. It was very clean and the pool was an exceptional, relaxing area for our family! We did not use the dock. The firepit was a hit! The sunroom was a common area to gather, and the kitchen was very nice! Would highly recommend! There was plenty of room to spread out with several living areas, and we never felt crowded. The game room and pool table were a big hit with our group, as well as the pool and hot tub. This may not matter to some, but it was decorated beautifully! The kitchen was fully loaded with any and all gadgets you could possibly need (we cooked meals daily). On top of the all the amenities, the managing staff was extremely attentive. They answered my messages promptly and were quite helpful throughout our stay. Being the first time doing this, The Radley fit our criteria when looking. Upon arrival it was exactly what we had imagined. This property worked out very well for our needs. The pool was clean, the house was clean, and the layout worked well for our large family gathering. We had three families with kids from 2-17\. Everyone could spread out and have their own space, but there was also spaces big enough for us to all hang out comfortably! The game room was a hit for the kids, and adults loved hanging in the sun room! Anytime we needed something, the response was immediate. We asked about life jackets for the Kayaks, and they were delivered to our door faster than I could answer the email! The kitchen could have used a few more Pots, and if you want to sit by the pool with multiple people, bring your own chairs. There is a nice table and chairs on back patio, but by the pool there was only 4 lounge chairs.
