The two-story Williamson Lake Estate features four stylish bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps eight people. Each room is decorated in an exquisite and modern style. Plentiful windows and decks allow picturesque views. Decks surround two sides of the house to overlook the lake and garden vistas. The lake estate has a private and secluded feel that guides the way to relaxation and peace, while allowing ample opportunities for fun and entertainment. A large boat dock, swim platforms, and a newly added boardwalk provide many options for lake activities, including fishing. The swimming area is located in a quiet cove, and has a pebble-covered lake floor to enhance the swimming experience. Great house and view!

A couple of us stayed here for a long work trip and it was everything we needed and more. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies and the view off the balcony is unbeatable. Definitely recommend!

July 4th getaway

This is a great place to stay right on the water. The house iso well anppointed. Easy to get to downtown but still somewhat isolated. We rented kayaks and explored along the shore. We had a great relaxing time.

This property was exactly as described. We found the property to be extremely clean. In addition, this property provided an abundant amount of stuff...from kitchen spices to more than ample bedding. Communication with the host was fantastic and questions were answered promptly. Will stay again, if we return to that area!

Comfortable home in great location

The home is located on a great location on the lake with easy access to Central Ave, shopping, restaurants, and boat rentals. When we arrived, the home was very clean, neat and welcoming complete with the AC turned to a comfortable temperature. The home nicely accommodated our 8 adults. We enjoyed swimming by their swim dock. We enjoyed all of the outdoor deck space! It had plenty of places to sit and enjoy the wonderful view of the lake. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the items you would need. The dining table fit our 8 adults comfortably and was great for playing games as well. The large two-car garage was much appreciated so our cars did not sit in the heat. We have rented this house two years i a row, and we loved it both times. The host is very nice and accommodating!

Lake Getaway

Wonderful weekend getaway. Our group consisted of 6 adults… all old friends on our yearly excursion. House was perfect for us. Just as pictures show and very clean! Plenty of bedrooms and open spacious common area to hang out in. We had plenty of space to cook meals, gather around dining table for dinner and games, and lots of sofas and chairs in den. Big open windows look out towards the lake. Large outside deck perfect for grilling and chilling!! Lake Hamilton is beautiful and we had a welcome breeze blowing off the water in the evenings. We swam and floated in the water at the lower deck. Very peaceful. Parked our jet ski in the provided boat slip after launching at the marina right around the corner! Kitchen was large and had all appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, and glassware needed. We used the blender and coffee pots daily. Plenty of parking for our 6 cars. Location was very convenient to grocery stores and a short drive to downtown Hot Springs. We shopped one afternoon on the Main Street downtown. Lots of cute boutiques and shade trees along the sidewalks. We also hiked up the park trail starting downtown and leading up to an overlook. Ate at Rocky’s Pizza, best pizza we’ve had in years!!! Busy on Saturday night but worth it. Homeowner Sally was very nice and quick to respond when I reached out. I would highly recommend this home to my friends and hopefully get back for a second visit.
