Host was accommodating to our varied arrival schedules and was super prompt to respond. Proximity to downtown is great. Neighborhood looks to be a bit run down that is trying to come back to life. House was clean, however a few concerns due to us having small children. Some of the posts on stairway and upstairs railing were loose, wasnt discovered until last night there. Thankfully no one was hurt, but needs attention for future guests. Living room fan was missing pull chain so we were unable to use. Also battery in front door for lock went out and we were locked out of property for about 1/2 hr.
