This place was great. We chose it because of the proximity to our event but that almost felt like it was a coincidence when we got into the house and saw how accommodating it was. Clean, comfortable and they even provided a dog bed. That felt great.

Checking in was very easy. Everything was very clean. Nice safe location. Had an issue with one of the breakfast items not working correctly & she brought new one to along with a griddle. Then offered anything we might need to cook with that was not already there. So was helpful & kind. We had an awesome Christmas being able to all be together.

We had to book at the last minute due to a funeral. Host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and she was very accommodating. The house was extremely clean and it was exactly as described. We will definitely stay here again when come back to town!!!!

Bethel is excellent to rent from. Her place is located in a perfect location for anything you are going to do. The house is such a great place to stay. This was our 2nd year staying in this place.

We came to Hot Springs for the horse races. This location couldn’t be better! Close to the races and restaurants. Very welcoming environment, clean, and very responsive, kind owner. We will gladly stay here again on our next visit.

The PERFECT set up for couples traveling together..you all have your own private bath..huge plus! Great location just a short drive to horse track and downtown. Will stay again!

Enjoyed our stay!

This house was perfect for three couples! We came in for the races, which were canceled due to the weather, so ended up enjoying a lot of family time. We cooked dinner for 10 people one night! There were plenty of utensils, plates, pots and pans, and plenty of room for us all to eat comfortably. The owners had the place well stocked, clean, with beautiful furnishings. The beds were so comfy! We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time staying at this house! We went for a short couples trip and wish we could have stayed longer! It was cute, clean, and a great location! We enjoyed our stay. The host is easy to communicate with and very friendly. We had a family get together and everyone had a great time. The house has everything you need. 2024 Graduation

We had 3 of us and a small dog and a few friends and family visiting us while we were there. everything was in good shape and the rooms were very accommodating but the tv is only apps and no local channels but that was fine because we stayed busy. the outside areas around the doors and sitting areas needed some tlc. I took the broom and removed all the tiny spiders and webs around the door frames. The grill was in good shape and it had plenty of propane so we grilled burgers and enjoyed the outside. The air was cold and the water was hot. The smoke alarm went off several times the last day for no reason but thankfully not while we were sleeping. The owner is awesome and she was going to have it fixed. Overall we had a great experience and i would rent again.

Our stay here was great! It was clean and a comfortable place for our family of 5. Super conveniently located to everything in the area. I loved that we could bring our dog and that there was a fenced in yard for her to roam some. The kitchen was well stocked. Our host was friendly ,super quick to respond and was kind to accommodate us. Would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.
