"Just an old dirty motel, hallways were vacuumed, towels and bedspreads very dingy. Bathroom was working but not the cleanest. Staff was friendly, probably the best thing about the stay. I like very clean area and presentation of food , kind of afraid to eat there. Outside property was cleaner and looked good. "

"The place is now an extended stay with some nightly rooms. Our room had electricity only in the bathroom. Toilet bowl was completely brown! Toilet seat was broken with duck tape wrapped around it! Clerk was polite and refunded my money. But I then needed to find another motel at 11 pm."

"Such a fantastic place to stay with all of our team!! Everyone was able to have their own space to gather or have some alone time! Very well equipped with everything you could need and more! We are hoping to stay there again next year!"

"We had a great time staying at the property, everything was freshly cleaned and prepared when we arrived and the hosts were kind and understanding. I think the stand out feature was definitely the hot tub, but even beyond that we enjoyed relaxing inside, watching movies, and walking around the Waterville area which was very scenic. Something to know before booking is that the neighbors properties are very close to the house and although we had no issues with sound carrying there are houses right next door. Overall it made for a great friend get away!"
