Koalas, possums, butterflies, dolphins, whales, turtles and bird life galore. Magnetic Island is home to and one Australia’s most significant refuges for the adorable Koala marsupial. They live in eucalyptus trees in local backyards and through the the walking national parks as well as in the Koala park and sanctuary. Aloha is the original 80 year old “red boat-shed” on the edge of the stunning north facing Horseshoe Bay beach on the Coral Sea sitting on prime level landscaped gardens. Rustic and comfortable relaxed living indoors with large doors opening to the sea facing open-air entertaining and relaxation areas. On Maggie (the island nickname) live like the locals and chill, relax and entertain outdoors.
