It was all ready for us. When I did have a few questions, my questions were answered quickly. We all had comfortable beds to sleep in. There were plenty of dishes, cutlery etc for us to cook and feed our 9 people. The screened in porch was a favorite place to sit and chat. The only issue we had was the dishwasher wouldn’t work. Every single one of us was impressed by this house. Our favorite spot was the screened in porch and we spent a great deal of time out there. In cooler weather, the fire pit area would have been frequently used as well! I highly recommend this rental for any and all medium to large sized groups.
