Very clean and quiet. Also close to many antique stores which was a plus for us. Host was great! We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area!

Historical Bliss

Staying in Horse Cave gave us a base camp as we explored Mammoth Caves, Corvette Musuem, and the history of Horse Cave. Loved the location of this house. It was clean and had what we needed.

Great stay in Horse Cave

We enjoyed our time here on this quiet street. Easy travel to Mammoth Cave National Park. Hidden River Cave Tour in the same town was exceptional. Nice to come home to house and be able to cook our meals. Kids enjoyed s’mores on the fire pit and a yard to play in.

Very homey feeling!

My family and I felt like home at this Bliss. We enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard as well as the grill. Every cooking utensil imagined was provided. The neighborhood was very quiet and provided a quiet escape from daily life at home.

What a beautiful home at the end of a quiet dead end street. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. The home was beautifully stocked. The back yard with firepit was amazing.

Had a wonderful stay. Clean, cozy, quiet, comfortable. Great firepit area too! Since we were busy during the day, we were tired and did not utilize the fire pit like we wanted to. Great location to everything in the area. We would stay here again.

We were only passing through for the night but found everything we needed, had plenty of room, and were quite comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to the night noises and watching the deer.

We had such a lovely stay here. It is about 25-30 minutes from the visitor center at Mammoth Caves and only 2 or 3 minutes from the cave at Horse Cave which was easily as enjoyable. The house was clean and well taken care of. It sits at the end of a deadend road backing up to farm land and I enjoyed a cup of coffee on the porch every morning, listening to the birds and cicadas and enjoyed every minute of it. I will be more than happy to book again the next time we visit Mammoth Caves.

Quiet, peaceful and beautiful

This is exactly the kind of place I hope to stay in while traveling. We have 2 adult special needs sons that were traveling with us and it was perfect for our needs. Clean and all we needed for our stay was provided. Excellent communication with Bluegrass Bliss (aka Larry) was top notch. We would definitely recommend to families traveling. They also had good recommendations for entertainment - we would not have gone to the Hidden River Cave and Museum without it. We had a blast! Thank you!!!

The home was clean, peaceful, and stocked well. The beds were too hard! Suggestions: Throw blankets in the livingroom. 2 to 3 inch mattress toppers at least the 2 bigger beds. Steps out to the fire pit. Trim back tree line just enough to see the field to get a sunset view. I would stay again if mattress toppers were installed. 4 out of 5

I wish we could have utilized the fire pit out back but it was ready if we wanted. We did have a hiccup but the host Larry worked it out with us and couldn’t have been nicer. I would HIGHLY recommend this rental and host!!!
