"Everything was perfect, nice hotel in front of a shopping center and close to airport. Nice amenities. Spa, gym. Front desk person was not that friendly to be honest so it didn’t leave a good impression. She was on the shift on Thursday August 27th at around 9:30 pm. Don’t remember her name. Anyway, for hospitality industry this is unacceptable. No big deal but you guys need to address this. Everything else was perfect. Thanks!"

"The room was in excellent condition and very clean. The hotel itself doesn't have its own check in, you have to go to the aviator hotel next door to check in."
