Bring your boat if you would like, launch from the marina and be on the water in minutes. Within eyesight of Wallops island so the whole community comes out to watch the rocket launches.
    The space
This is a rv with an addition and a covered porch. Comfortably sleeps 3 but can fit up to 5. There is one private bedroom with two twin beds and a privacy curtain. There is plenty of room in the yard to pitch a tent if so desired, also plenty of trees to hang a hammock. There is a bathroom in the rv but it is for emergencies only, there is a public bathouse 50 feet behind the property and another at the clubhouse which is about 100 hundred yards down the street. Linens and towels are not provided and you must bring your own. There is a beautiful new coin operated laundry/bath house near the front of the community.

Lots of Potential

Overall, this was a pleasant place to stay for the evening. The community was extremely cute, and we enjoyed walking our dogs around the property. There were a few issues that could easily be fixed. The bathrooms that were closest to the property were locked, and we had trouble finding ones that were open. (We arrived after dark.) Also, because we came in after dark, it was difficult to get into the house. There weren't any lights, and the community is very dark. Adding some sort of small light on the porch to greet guests would be great. This property would definitely appeal to someone who enjoys camping! Great setting!

Josh was an awesome host from start to finish. Very communicative and answered questions in a timely fashion. The outside setup was excellent and we had a blast outside. We found out the day before that there was no hot water, The oven and stove top did not work, and the toaster convection oven, when we tried to use it smelled like rotting fish and it was not usable. The inside was not clean, which made for the first few hours of our vacation US cleaning, because we have to have it clean, especially in the kitchen, as we cook a lot.Host let me know that he was going to be getting Wi-Fi, we didn't mind to disconnect but it would be nice if it was advertised that there was no Wi-Fi.Pool was very clean. The rates for use were awesome. Heads up, when you buy a pool pass you're paying per day. So if you're going to be there for a week but you're only going to go four times. Keep that in mind. With a few things fixed like the hot water, the oven, stove and the convection oven and a deep clean. This place would be an amazing find. I very much liked working with Josh as a host, we had a great time overall, thank you!
