Hornafjordur Art Museum

The property was difficult to locate because the building is in the middle of the block behind a bunch of other houses. They did not email me with the door codes to go into the apartments until the day before check-in and we were already traveling at that time so we weren’t sure if we were going to be able to get in the property or not. It was a clean property and close to the major shopping and the Starbucks so it was nice.

very spacious apartment. it's on the ground floor so anyone walking in the street can look in if you don't close the dark drapes. the apartment is well equipped with everything needed, but there were some stains on the walls, kitchen etc. not too bad, but felt if could look cleaner. the apartment is very close to the port, so not really in the city center, you would have to walk about 2 km to get to the center. I sent a message with questions to the owner through the hotels.com messaging center and received an answer only a few hours laters, although they claim to be very responsive.
