Our stay was generally good but some things were off. We loved the location and style. Breakfast was decent and cleaning was excellent. An issue with our room was addressed right away, but we still had some trouble with hot water supply and staff attention towards one of our party when arranging transportation. These problems did not make our stay bad, but left us feeling some things can be better. Still a solid hotel worth attention, we would consider returning but would just ask for a room that doesn’t face the street.

Cute place in a great location. Has a couple of issues. Internet and television didn’t work at all during the duration of our stay despite advising the Management. Made things difficult for staying in touch with my business. For some reason hot water was also hit or miss. A
More than one cold shower was had. Breakfast was barely edible especially when one considers the price point. That all being said; the staff was fun and the place is charming. The sum is stil better than its parts.

The great service started with our driver picking us up at the airport. Check in was easy and they accommodated an early arrival. We had a delicious lunch, dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Exceptional fresh local cuisine and service. They catered to our high altitude fatigue with dpecial tea. The room was spacious clean and very comfortable.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a lovely area. Sadly lacking a vanity kit in the bathroom eg no shower caps or ear buds, that type of thing. Fabulous breakfast too. Would highly recommend.

We had room 209. I believe the reason this room smelled so bad was because the bathroom had a jacuzzi tub that did not fit the space and could not be cleaned properly.
