"the property looked almost recently built. The staff/manager at front desk seemed rushed and annoyed about something. They need to remember when in front of customers to keep calm and discuss problems when alone. I emailed hotel 2 weeks in advance stating I was looking for longer check out time. They replied stating noon was the longest, I said great. When the day to check out came, they said they can't do that, so I rushed after a long night wedding to get out at regular check out time."

"The staff is outstanding and the room was immaculate and well designed Although there was a small maintenance issue with whirlpool in the pool area. The staff was extremely apologetic and even gave me my choice from the sweet shop for the inconvenience. The staff member called the morning team to make sure that maintenance was alerted and could attend to it first thing."

"small but comfy room for having a jacuzzi in the room. Went to make coffee in the morning and parts of the coffee maker were missing (basket) and there was still water in the machine from the previous stay. Went downstairs to get coffee from the breakfast area.... sorry to say it was the worse coffee i tasted... couldn't even drink it. all they offered for breakfast was make you own waffles , toast, muffins and beagles..... and drinks. The rooms are not too sound proof. At about 6:00 am was woken up where you could hear the next room taking a shower... could hear the water / shower run. It is an easy place to get to.... right off the hwy. There is a Culvers right across the street, but they close at 10:00. If you plan on drinking in your room , make sure you buy it before 9:00... all alcohol sales in Janesville end at 9:00"
