Weekday pontoon rental included in nightly price: \~Monday-Thursday only.\~ \~Excludes all holidays\~ \~Weekend and holiday rental available for additional cost.\~ \~No night use, none, 0, no exceptions\~. \~May1-Oct1 2024 & 2025 only.\~ \~Must be 21 to operate.\~ \~Safety instructions and waiver must given before operation.\~ \~The boat will be kept at our docks on the bayside of the street. You can easily walk or drive to the dock. It will start with a full tank of fuel and need to be full when it is returned or we can fill it for you for $25 per quarter of a tank on the guage.\~ \~It's a 10 passenger boat. Basic, adult, orange, life jackets will be provided. Please bring children's life jackets.\~ \~No need to reserve in advance unless you want it during a time it's not included.\~ !\*!\*!\*!\*!\*! No need to ask if the boat is really included, if it falls into this description, it's included. !\*!\*!\*!\*! \~A $300 damage deposit will be held at the time of the boat use.\~ \~No cash value. Mother nature doesn't listen to me, if there is a lake wind advisory the boat will not go out. The neighbors are within eye site but are not so close that you, or they, are interfering with each other. There is plenty of open space on the street for any yard games you may bring. A 5 person pass to the Lake Barkley Fitness Center is included. Here you will find an indoor pool, got tub, sauna, steam room, and exercise equipment. Located offsite. There is plenty to do in the area such as; The Elk and Bison Prairie The Land Between the Lakes Information Center and Planetarium. Rowland Distillery This house is a 3 bedroom with 2 full baths. The main floor has 1 queen bedroom, the upstairs has 1 queen bedroom, the downstairs is also a queen. This house will sleep 6 comfortably with a 10 person maximum. There are no exceptions to this rule. This is a non smoking house. Pets are allowed with approval. The cleaners charge $100 per pet. The 2 garages are not for guests use. The kitchen is furnished with all your basic cooking needs. A regular drip style coffee maker is furnished, please bring your coffee of choice. There is a 4 night minimum for all holidays. If you are interested in renting a boat or jet ski onsite, please check out our rental site enjoylakebarkley.com (Click on boats). If you choose to bring your own watercraft Devils Elbow boat launch is about 1/2 of a mile away. Kayaks can easily be launched from the east side of the street. Lake Barkley State Park Marina is a short ride up the river or just down the road. With being on the lake there is always a chance of bugs, please understand we do everything we can to keep the outside of the house clean but sometimes it just is not possible. June, July, and August have what is called a Mayfly hatch occasionally, they do not bite and are good for fishing. Let us know if we can help with anything at all! It was perfect halfway point. This A-Frame house provided a nice cozy getaway. Parking was adequate for a number of vehicles, the house was clean, it was great being able to rent a pontoon thru the owner, who was very attentive and even told my husband we could put our paddleboards in off his boat dock and the views were spectacular at sunset. Great location. The house is run down and had enough cobwebs to stuff a pillow. Comfortable beds. Kitchen is well supplied with pans, plates, utensils, etc. The spiral staircase is made for Barbie feet. Even my size 5's were challenged. Our dog had to be transported up and down using the outside stairs and after a couple cocktails so did I! Place really needs a lot of small repairs. But, the main floor bathroom couldn't be used as a shower (we didn't ask to resolve, just dealt with it). The beds on the main floor and the basement were REALLY bad for sleeping with a couple (not a size issue though they are small for a couple, but they're just really old and bounce EXCESSIVELY continually waking up) and the furnace makes a HORRENDOUS noise all day, that if you sleep on the lower floor it'll wake you up every 10minutes, if the rickety bed doesn't. It was just a lot of money to not sleep for three days. If not for the owner being really responsive to issues, this would be lower. ##### Robert W.
