"Room needed to be updated, had old furniture. Bathroom had plumbing issues, water would not drain properly in the bath/ shower or sink. Staff would not give paperwork back for essentials. They charged $100.00 for essentials. Breakfast was powder eggs that were soggy, biscuits where hard."

"No hair dryer. No iron. No facial tissues. Smoke detector was in a drawer in the bedside table, not on the wall. Bottom of shower curtain was dirty. Pillow case was dirty.
