Location was great but to describe this guest house as boutique is a big stretch of the imagination. Room was clean but decor and furniture tired. Stain on the sofa. One of the bedside lamps didn't work.
Bathroom - crack in the sink. Water pressure was low and ran hot and cold in the shower despite it being the only water in use at the time. Shower curtain was water stained. Cheap toiletries.
Only two sachets of coffee provided and no tea.
Overall we didn't think it was great value for money at £97
