A second bedroom offers a queen bed with its own en-suite, while the upstairs bunk room includes two bunks (each queen + twin XL). My family and I spent an amazing weekend filled with games, laughs and oooooh so much food. Definitely a core memory weekend. My whole family loved this beautiful home. We had such a great time and wish we could have stayed longer. The hot tub was clean and had an amazing view of the water. There is a fence along the property that allowed us to let the dog outside without worrying about the highway. Location is great with multiple stores and gas stations nearby for quick last minute errands. The home was fully stocked with kitchen supplies as well as all sorts of entertainment. The owners were in communication and responded very fast to all of our questions. I can’t wait to come back and visit the place again for our next trip. It is bigger and nicer than the pictures can capture. The house was well equipped and cozy. It had everything we needed for cooking meals, playing pool and fuse ball, and enjoying the hot tub. Everyone loved it. The property is right on the highway which is loud on the bedroom side of the house but there were earplugs provided which took care of that problem. The view is lovely. My family saw birds and seals and it was very peaceful just looking out at Hood Canal. Nice little shops just down the road a couple miles and we loved the coffee and ice cream at the Hoodsport Coffee Co. We would definitely stay again. ##### Rochelle G. My adult children came with us and the upstairs pool table and TV with games were enjoyed. You could get into the water from a small walk down the road. You definitely need shoes on you feet, very rocky. We used the hot tub on the deck every night and took in the water view. Beautiful stars at night.The house is very nice on the inside. The beds are comfortable. The master bath has a jetted tub but the jets can not be used. The house is located right off the main road. Really the only downside was the supply of hot water ran out quick for our group for 6\. I do not recommend running two showers at the same time. .We used the hot tub on the deck everynight ##### Wendy B. There are a lot of great things about this property. We were lucky enough to have amazing weather to see the onset of spring with sun and stars. The house itself was very spacious, the deck overlooking the hood canal created scenic views to watch with a nice outside table and relaxing hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies with plenty of space for several people in the kitchen in a large central location for everyone to gather. The sleeping spaces were nice and the mattresses were quite comfortable. The upstairs was a nice place to hang out and we all took advantage of the pool table and foosball table. Be aware that the pool table and foosball table are in the same room as the two bunk beds, so depending on your group, it could require some management around sleeping/relaxing. The communication with the owners was superb. They checked in about a week before the stay and the day of check in to make sure we had everything we needed and any questions through the app was responded to almost immediately. The communication alone is enough of a reason to revisit this place. The acoustics were a bit rough due to a lot of hard surfaces and open spaces and no rugs or tapestries causing sounds to echo with no quiet spaces. The owners thoughtfully provided new ear plugs for sleeping though. I would highly recommend this place. ##### Tyrone P. So much space, a wonderful kitchen, lots of room for the toddler to run around, and beautiful views. We were only a few minutes away from Hoodsport and Potlatch State Park. Erika was so incredibly kind and really responsive and easy to communicate with! We've all talked about how much we'd love to come back and stay at this exact house. The tweens loved having a space to themselves in the large upstairs bunk / game room. The main floor bedrooms have their own wing so they have the quiet needed for younger kid’s early bedtime. The open concept kitchen / living area was well connected to the to large deck with a lovely water view. We brought our own small ramp for the three entry stairs so that our daughter, who uses a wheelchair, could gain entry.
