Conveniently located at the Gateway to Waikiki at Waikiki Beach, near Ala Moana Shopping Center & Beach Park, the Hawaii Convention Center and the Hilton Lagoon. Day Activities can include snorkeling & surfing at Waikiki Beach, taking a boat cruise from the Ala Wai Harbor or Shopping at world famous Ala Moana Shopping Center. Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities. We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival. We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival. 1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock. I plan to stay here again. We had a great time during our stay at 2904 Discovery Bay. The apartment was comfortably furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed. There are comfortable beach chairs and large towels in the closet with a cart to carry them to the beach. We had a few things break during our stay and the property manager quickly sent someone to repair. They even bought a new dishwasher when it couldn't be fixed during our stay. The location is a short (5 min) walk to the closest beach and a slightly longer walk (10 min) to the beautiful Ala Moana Beach park. We were close to shopping and restaurants but not in the crazy crowds around Waikiki. All of the building people and management team were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. We plan to come back soon and will defiantly stay here again. ##### Jeanne S.
