Beautiful ocean front, ground level condo with A/C. Welcome to beautiful unit E105! From the minute you arrive at Papakea, you will begin to feel the aloha spirit. This unit has been recently remodeled with granite counter tops, cabinets, bamboo floors in living room, new tile shower, new tile floors and new washer/dryer and refrigerator. This condo is a ground level unit at the highly desirable Papakea resort in West Maui. Unit is steps away from ocean, pool, cabana, and has a putting green right off of the lanai. Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting on the lanai with a partial ocean view. Unit comes fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals with ample counter space for your cooking needs. Enjoy cool nights with a split air conditioning system located in living room and bedroom. The dining table inside seats four with additional seating at the breakfast bar. Unit also accommodates dining for 4 guests outside on the lanai. Upgraded linens and king size bed make for a comfortable stay at E105\. Living room has flat screen TV, wifi, cable TV and a pull-out queen size bed to accommodate additional guests. Unit has a brand-new washer and dryer and plenty of closet space for your belongings. Enjoy the upgraded shower, plush towels and large vanity with plenty of space for your personal items. The grounds are immaculately maintained with lush tropical vegetation and trees. Magical twinkling tiki lights are lit nightly and reflect on the multiple Koi ponds throughout the property. Some of the Papakea resort amenities include 2 heated swimming pools, 2 whirlpool spas, 2 tennis courts, 2 beach cabanas, pickle ball, shuffleboard, 2 twelve hole putting greens (one is right outside of the units lanai), 12 outdoor grills and a 24 hour front desk service is available. Unit comes with one parking space that is free of charge. Papakea resort also features water aerobics, putting contest, and a Mai Tai party once a week. Upon arrival our guests will receive a starter supply of paper items including paper towels and toilet paper, hand sanitizer, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry soap. We love this unit because of its location. This unit is walking distance to many amenities including restaurants, coffee houses, a fish market, farmers market, Times grocery store, Boss frogs, ABC store, and a food truck park set up in the evening. Your room key will give you access to the ABC store gate so that you can walk right over. Papakea is minutes away from the beautiful sandy beaches of Ka'anapali where you can relax in the sun. Many amazing snorkeling spots are nearby. The unit is short drive to the famous upscale Whalers village where you can go shopping, fine dining, casual dining, and enjoy ice cream shops. Drive up to Kapalua where you can golf, enjoy the beach, hike or be shuttled up to zip line. Spend an afternoon in Upcounty where you can enjoy the Lavender farms, wine tasting and the beautiful botanical gardens. The check-in and check-out process were easy because all the information was sent in advance. We had a wonderful time at this Papakea property! The hosts are kind and responsive, and the listing is just as described. We loved being able to walk right out onto the green and enjoy meals on the lanai. I was pleasantly surprised at how well-stocked the unit was, which added to the at-home feel. It is well equipped with everything you need and echoing other posts about the comfortable bed. The pool and grounds are well maintained, and you can't beat the location on the beach. If you visit, be sure to check out Papi O'hana's, a block from the property, for the best cinnamon rolls you've ever had. We will be back! ##### Rhianwen K. The unit and property was amazing. The unit was VERY well stocked with kitchen essentials. All the necessary pans, colanders, utensils & basic spices. It was above and beyond expectations. It was nice not to have to rent beach chairs & bugge boards as they had these in their fun closet along with board games and coolers. The furniture was very nice and well maintained. HVAC worked fabulously as it was a hot and humid week. 5+ stars for this one bedroom! ##### Harley O. This was a user-friendly vacation suite at first sight. Colorful, personal, full of amenities, and comfortable in a convenient location for the view, cabana, pools, and gardens. We spent time on the patio and cabana for meals and visiting others in our friends' 50th Anniversary party. Everyone used the shuffleboard, cliffside lounges, pools, and even the well-behaved grass for some stretching sessions. Inside, the kitchen was well used and the bed is truly perfect. Dawn was always available. The adjacent convenience store is early-coffee-and-treats-friendly too! We'll have happy memories on all counts! ##### Tom R. This is just a fabulous condo and resort. From the moment we contacted Dawn, the owner, we received quick responses, care and consideration. This is the most equipped condo I have ever stayed in, from tin foil to Saran wrap,to a complete array of spices and other cooking supplies. Even coffee. The condo was clean in every possible way and towels were plush. There has been careful attention given to everything that would make guests feel welcomed. Papakea is a quiet and beautiful resort with everything you would want whether it be soaking, sunning, miniature golfing and just sitting back listening to the ocean roar. Everything was great for these grandparents who rented 4 pther rooms for our children and grandchildren. Your rental provided us with a Home base for game playing bothe inside and on the patio. We were close to the pool so we were able to watch the GK's come back and forth to their unts. Thanks for sharing (sorry we never wrote in your Guest Book PS the lighting in the living room was very dim. We purchased different light bulbs but nothing helped. One of our Son-in-laws put one regular bulb in the chandelier and they all produced more light! Not sure what the bulb configuration was. ##### Vicki F. They were excellent hosts. The condo is wonderful. Very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, pots & pans. The bed was very comfortable and the third person in our party using the hide a bed said it was very comfy also. The resort shoreline is not really a beach but we saw some people in the water. Some snorkelling, others paddling in the shallows at low tide. Pool was great, warm and quite large with a deep end. The resort was exceptionally well maintained. Lots of staff cleaning the greenery, walkways and pool. Front desk staff were wonderful. With so many restaurants, food trucks, plus the ABC store and Times Market close by you did not have to go far to get food or supplies. We had pizza from Paradiso, lunch at Java Jazz, Ribs from the food truck plus several other restaurants around the island. We never had a bad meal. We had a car and did quite a bit of sightseeing. We revisited the Maui Ocean Centre. Took a drive to Wailea. Also drove up to Maui Wine which was fantastic. If you haven’t been, go. Beautiful views. Even if you don’t drink wine it is worth the trip. Don’t miss Costco if you have a membership, largest selection of macadamia nuts to be found I’m sure plus excellent wine collection and a huge roasted chicken for $4.99\. Stock up on Aloha Ice Tea and Maui Potato Chips and you are set. ##### Sandra L. Our flight arrived quite late however check-in instructions were easy to follow and seamless. The condo itself is very comfortable and well equipped with extras (beach chairs, umbrellas, laundry soap, etc.) The property itself is gorgeous, clean, and well-maintained by staff.
