"This was my fourth stay at the Harbour Grand Hotel Hong Kong, which says a lot about how much I enjoy staying here. The location is excellent, with plenty of local restaurants and shops right on the doorstep. Transport is also very convenient, with the MTR station, trams and buses all within easy reach, making it easy to explore Hong Kong.
The harbour view is absolutely breathtaking and definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful and welcoming, which makes every stay more enjoyable.
However, the hotel’s decor is looking rather tired and is overdue for renovation. The TV facilities were particularly disappointing, with very few channels available and technology that feels outdated compared with other hotels. A modern smart TV with streaming services would make a big difference to the guest experience.
Despite these areas for improvement, I continue to return because of the fantastic location, stunning harbour views and excellent staff. I have enjoyed my stays here and look forward to coming back again next year. I hope to see some much-needed improvements to the rooms and facilities by then!"
