The front desk staff wasn't friendly and not very helpful.Rooms are spacious but the washroom area isn't very clean especially the shower area. The staff in the restaurant was kind and helpful. The pool and gym were closed

Staffs are polite and helpful. Hotel room clean and lifts cleaned quite often. Guests' and visitors' temperature checked during arrival to prevent cross infection of Covid-19.

Staff Friendly but the timing was poor given current issues in HK. Pool and gym closed - we paid for executive room upgrade but the reception staff didn’t tell us the exec lounge also closed and we had to complain to get some ( not all) of our money back. Hotel has a decent location but overall we felt they could have done more to explain what was going on and not charge for specious upgrades

Clean room, good location and service, but lacking
Decent location and clean. The room was pleasant but smaller than the pictures. If you like hot showers, the water does not get that hot and it barely lasted long enough for one person to shower. The amenities were also a bit on the sparse side

Location is convenient and lots of eateries / convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The airport express shuttle bus stop just in front of the hotel entrance as well.

View from the pool deck is worth the stay
We loved the area and the staff at the hotel was incredibly nice! The rooms are definitely a little dated but really well kept and we would stay again.

Stay at club room for lounge access, but lounge close at 7 pm. while open at 10 am. Quite short service hours. In-room internet speed quite a bit slow also to water pressure is not strong.

Always high standards
The location is great. It’s so convenient to get around by all traffic. We got a free upgrade to harbour view room. It’s so relaxing spending an happy hour at the lounge. The beds are comfortable and everything is clean. But this time we don’t get the welcome fruit plate after checking in.

A very good choice for the price paid. Amenities in the room ie. disposable slippers, combs, tooth brushes/ pastes, water, etc r all there. Workers r polite n helpful. Location is ideal. I will always stay here when I go to Hong Kong. An excellent choice for the price paid.

This hotel is realy nice the people/staff are realy helpful, the location is good for Metro links, plenty of shops and places to eat, during our stay the protests we're ongoing but we never felt unsafe at all .

We enjoyed our stay at Metropark and the staff were very good and helpful. The location is very convenient and the shuttle to Hong Kong Central Metro excellent. It was annoying that even though we were in a non smoking room the guest in the next room (also a non smoking room) smoked and the fumes came into our room via the bathroom.

Booked room with description on Hotels.com saying standard room has a bathtub. Unfortunately, the description is inaccurate. Fortunately, the hotel staff took steps to mitigate the disappointment. Suggest description be updated to reflect accurate details and manage expectations.

The hotel was great. Walkable to all the stuff in causeway bay and if you don’t want to walk it’s super close to tin hau station. There is a supermarket super close by and tons of food around. Good WiFi, was able to work from room. The free shuttle bus to and from Hong Kong station is very convenient bc we have a lot of luggages. We stayed during the protests and airport closure. The employees (jerry, Simon and Jason especially) were very helpful in informing us on the airport situation. We had to come back to the hotel bc our flight was cancelled and they gave us a good rate for the remaining of our unplanned stay. They took a lot of stress out of the stressful situation. They were able to refund us and not charge us for our last day even though we stayed until 6pm when we were able to get an earlier flight home. Would definitely stay there again when we go to HK! My only complaint is that some of the room AC isn’t too strong considering how hot it is in hk when we were there
