Nice hotel conveniently located to access transport (MRT and tram) as well as Causeway Bay shopping district. Pool is a decent size and provides opportunity to relax and cool down.

The Staff tries very hard to please especially on the executive level. The breakfast menu is great. The view is outstanding. The staff is very attentive. It is a very relaxing experience. The lounge is spacious and is an excellent place to sit and relax. Book this hotel every time I am visiting Hong Kong.

This hotel can be rates only 3.5 stars maximum. The lobby looks good, but the room is not well maintained. The bathtub is heavily clogged, and the sofa has a lot of stains. Although the location is good, we will not stay again

Great place to stay and great value for money! We stayed at the Club Deluxe room. The hotel lobby and rooms look very classy, rooms are very stylishly decorated and spacious. The view was a little bit blocked by the building next door, but still pretty and we didn't mind. We love that the hotel location is very near to Fortress Hill Station as well and everything is within walkable distance.

1. Photo descring "harbor view" is misleading. Only "premiem rooms" will have a harbor view. Delexe room with harbor view will show the other side of victoria harbor and very dark. 2. Expedia Platinum room upgrade upon availability may not work. He tolde I can pay additional fee (350 HKD) to get a room with a 'real' harbor view. Rooms available but you pay and you get it according to him. Later I complained directly to the hotel manager and I could be move to a harbor view room later in the evening. I appreciate the care from the manager. (forgot her name). However my feeling about the entire visit was already ruined after all these tasks I had to deal with. **To Expedia: need to correct the description about "room with harbor view". I paid USD290 (compared to ther rooms at ~USD200) and did not meet the expectation of what I paid for. In HK, if you book a room with a harbor view. It is Victoria Harbor but not somewhere just water around (the opposite side of the harbor)

Is a nice hotel in terms of surrounding and proximity to public transport. Just about 200m away from MTR (Fortress). Many eateries near by. My room is a premier room condition is well. Only issue is there are still smoking rooms, my room is non smoking, but when I checked into my room the cigarette odour is so strong I had to ask them to spray the room. Because there are smoking rooms I believe the air condition is also affected as when I come back to my room I can smell smoke. Wanting to break my HK1k note the reception told me my notes is a bit dirty they cannot take. First time I am rejected to break a bigger note due to this reason as later I used it else and was totally fine.
