Its location is ideal, it is located in a quiet street in the Saint Léonard district, while being a 5-minute walk from shops and restaurants.
Everything has been carefully thought out to offer a most memorable stay. Exceptional room sizes, period fireplace, green outdoor spaces, everything comes together to offer you great moments of relaxation.
It is composed on the ground floor, a gallery entrance with cement tiles, an equipped kitchen (Nespresso, oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster), dining room with fireplace, living room with fireplace , guest toilet and laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
A very beautiful staircase leads to two large bedrooms, with 160/200 cm bed, each with bathroom and toilet, dressing room and linen room.
The second floor includes a bedroom with 160/200 cm bed with bathroom and toilet, a bedroom with shower room and toilet.
Top level: an open space with cathedral ceiling, two sleeping areas, one with a 160/200 cm bed, the second with a 90/140 cm single bed, ideal for 1 child, a shower room with toilet and a living room.

Two terraces, a closed gazebo where you can enjoy a good fire in rainy weather, a walled garden with trees and two garages complete this exceptional property.
Come and enjoy this majestic residence with family or friends, its capacity is 10 adults + 1 child.
Its beautiful fireplace will allow you to enjoy wonderful evenings by the fire.
The fireplace is functional, we offer with our room service, a complete lighting kit (with kindling, logs and fire starter) at the price of 35 euros per pack, ideal for sweet moments of relaxation.
