Die kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos und unkompliziert. - Einige Dinge passten nicht: sichtbar verschmutzte Outdoorkissen, unangehmer Geruch beim Betreten, gammelige Spülutensilien, verschmutzte Maschinen/ Schubladen, ein seit längerem nicht abgetautes Eisfach, Geschirr teils mit Knupsern, lüttige Schubladen, Hocker. Für ein Objekt dieser Preisklasse enttäuschend! - Wir haben dies reklamiert, und an dieser Stelle müssen wir der Conciergerie ein dickes Lob aussprechen: auf unsere Beschwerde wurde umgehend reagiert, man hat uns ernst genommen und schnell mögliche Abhilfe geschaffen. Außerdem gab es eine faire und angemessene Entschädigung. Alle Absprachen wurden zuverlässig eingehalten. Dieser Service war persönlich, äußerst aufmerksam, professionell und effizient!
