The room was beautiful & the location was perfect. The only negative thing was the fact that the tv screen stopped working on our second day - was really looking forward to watching movies at the end of our days. Other than that, great basic room with a beautiful view.

Our room on the street side neededsound proofing! The shutters don’t keep out the road noise and it was very noisy early and late. Difficult to sleep. Otherwise it was clean and had a great view.

When I arrived, the AC was blasting. I called the concierge and an engineer came, took the cover off the thermostat and change some settings. After that, when the AC came on, it ran at a lower speed. Still somewhat annoying, but less so.
Also, I found it surprising how skimpy the toilet paper and the kleenex were, considering it's supposed to be a 4-5
star resort.
I thought the music playing by the pool area was way too loud.
I did find the breakfast menu food was excellent!!
