Two large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master suite located on third floor features king sized bed, full bath with tub/shower, walk in closet and screened porch overlooking nature preserve. Guest bedroom is on second floor with full bath with shower and has two queen sized beds. Spacious living room with screened porche. Fireplace. Fully equiped kitchen with granite countertops. Marble floors in living room and bathrooms. Kayak and charcoal grill. Boat docks, swimming pool, and beautiful grounds overlooking the homosassa river. Enjoy a lazy afternoon under the ancient live oak tree on the bench swing watching the boats, manatees, and fish go by. I really think it could have been cleaner than it was. Didn't like that things were left in the fridge and cupboards. There was a box of noodles dated 2014\. Would rather use the space for my own things. Needs a brighter light by the kitchen sink. The blinds in living room were filthy as were the chair covers. The area is beautiful and never had a problem with parking. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of hangers. Nice size TV.
