Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short-term rental regulations. \- The washer and dryer are conveniently located outside the studio, behind the double doors. \- Please note that all outdoor furniture, including grills, will be stored for the winter months at the Tahoe Market. \- There are 2 buoys available for rent as a VAS at $150 per day, per buoy. Life vests are required and provided in the backyard storage room. Guests are welcome to use the small boat provided, but it must be returned after each use. This was an incredible experience for our family. We were celebrating my 60th birthday and we were all just overwhelmed with what a wonderful experience this house and location offered. The house was as adorable as the pictures! We started out under snow, but during the week it melted off and we were able enjoy time in the yard overlooking the amazing lake view. There were 10 of us, and the sleeping accommodations worked out fine for us. We had a few small issues and the property management was so quick to address them, and just made everything so easy.This was a memory and experience we will not ever forget! ##### Gina G.
