We're a bit in the middle about this hotel. It looked lovely from the pictures, add to that the reviews and it was an easy choice, unfortunately on a Sunday the bar and restaurant are closed which wasn't obvious via hotels.com. This made the experience not as it could have been. Still a great sleep and clean hotel. Breakfast was nice, they serve great coffee.
Not a lot of interaction was had with staff so we can't comment on this

"The wifi didn't work well at all, neither in the room nor at the spa. The air conditioning was set at 20 degrees, too cold for me, so I asked them to turn on the heat so I could use the radiator. I was able to enter the spa at 1:40 PM, although I received the room at 3 PM. The drinks in the minibar ..."
