9.2/10 Wonderful! (220 reviews)
The property is in excellent location and newly decorated. Hosts are very quick to reply to messages and helpful.
Negative points are the noise , the rooms facing the back of the building do not have double glazing, so a lot of noise from the opposite apartments can be heard.
Also, the bed mattress is rather mediocre.

8.6/10 Excellent! (190 reviews)
On the plus side 1) pleasant staff and 2) nice location with an easy walk to Marble Arch, Regents Street, Hyde Park, Green Park and Knightsbridge. On the negative side 1) overpriced compared to other similar properties I've stayed in in London 2) very small rooms. there was only room for one bedside table in the bedroom. it was very hard to maneuver in and out of bed. It was hard to open the closet which was very close to the bed. On the neutral side 1) room seemed clean enough 2) gym had a few pieces of equipment and weights but was in a windowless basement so not a big draw

8/10 Very good! (3,461 reviews)
"Great property, staff was amazing. Food selection to order was nice and tasted great. Would NOT recommend the buffet meal plan, food didn't look as good and the selection was small. We preferred to order off the menu. Didn't think the room got cold enough. A/C in most of Europe is a joke, but all ..."
