The Cove is in prime location in Trearddur Bay, 5 min from Trearddur Bay beach where the family can enjoy and relax ! The cottage has been newly renovated in April 2023 throughout to a very modern and high standard. The cottage offers 45 m2 living / dining / kitchen and bedrooms area plus large 27 m2 decked patios stepping out from the cottage. The Cove is 5 min stroll to the main blue flag Trearddur Bay beach, The property boasts 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom renovated detached bungalow. It sleeps 5, great for family getaway. It has open plan lounge / dining area, solid wood Harring bone flooring and new granite kitchen. To the front there is a driveway with parking for 2 cars on the drive. The cottage has complimentary WIFI high speed fibre internet, so if you need to work here or just want to surf, socialize and stream, its all yours. The modern marble effect granite kitchen is fully equipped and has a oven, cast iron hob, microwave, fridge freezer with cool water dispenser, dishwasher, washing machine and all the equipment and accessories for a fabulous family dinner. In the open plan lounge area, you have a small corner group settees sitting 5, allowing the whole family to sit down and watch their favourite box set or movie together. There is a 40-inch LED smart TV with full Sky package including sports. In the lounge, a variety of board games, puzzles and books are also provided. Next to the settees area is the folding dining table and folding chairs sitting 4\. The modern marble effect tiled bathroom has bath and concealed mixer shower, basin, toilet and illuminated mirror. You have 2 bedrooms: master bedroom is tastefully decorated with an upholstered double bed, velvet grey curtains, ward robes, bedside table and lamp. The second bedroom has upholstered double bed, and ward robe. The enclosed back garden and patio area provide secure gated rear gardens laid to lawn, perfect for children and dogs, large decking area, outdoor dining area, pizza oven and gas BBQ. A large outdoor rattan table and 6 chairs set on the decking is perfect for al fresco dining or an evening drink. A gas BBQ with stove is available to ensure you make the most of outdoor living both in summer and in winter. Fresh linen, hand towels, bath sheet (pp), bath mats and tea towels are included in your booking. Trearddur Bay is at the heart of the island’s 125 mile coastal paths, great for exploring Anglesey and beyond. The area is great for children of all ages, adult and seniors. You would have the whole house, driveway, decked patio area and premises. Please note that the driveaway to the Cove is your own. But it passes down the right hand side of the bigger house No 1 at the front. You have space for 2 cars. This does not affect your privacy. Please keep and check out the Cove clean and tidy. Pl put dishes and run the dish washer upon leaving. No need to strip the beds. Our cleaning team will take care of it. The First dog/ pet is free of charge.
