The area was beautiful, the walks were easy to find. We would have benefited from an information pack about what to do in the local area. a working hoover and new mattresses in the annex. It is a great place to take dogs and the garden was well enclosed. It was very hard to find in the dark. Overall it was a great place and reasonably priced.

Brilliant location.
Brilliant location. Fab enclosed back Garden. However, uncomfortable, poor quality sprung mattresses/bobbly, old nylon bedding/v wobbly circular bedside table - good for nothing, upstairs/shower in ensuite the cable/cord kept falling out, (didn't use it in the end, thought maybe dangerous). We did have a great holiday as the sun shone and we were out all day. on the beautiful sandy big bay. We appreciate we were at the end of the season.
Beautiful house in beautiful location, a big let down was very tired, needs a decorating throughout and new mattress on the beds several had springs showing through no pillow protection and bedding needs a tevamp

Great base for a large family holiday.
Great base for a large family holiday. We had a wonderful time here and the size of the property meant that each sub-group were able to have their own zone and this really made the stay comfortable. Other positives included the beautiful views, the large garden, games room (ideal chill out space for teenagers), parking (we had 3 cars), reasonably well equipped kitchen and spacious dining table and living room. The fact the property wasn’t pristine, meant we could really relax with 2 small children and dog. There were a few minor issues that if rectified or repaired would make the property 5 star! They were: shower door in en-suite bedroom needs fixing, bathroom lights in en-suite bedroom need replacing, sharp kitchen knife needs fixing (super glue would probably do it), front door was a bit sticky and difficult to open, staircase noisy (but we organised our sleeping arrangements to minimise disruption to others), nimble dog able to get through hedge in garden, cold tap came of ferociously and was difficult to control water flow, and bush/tree was hitting annex upstairs window making it noisy at night (I put in earplugs but I think cutting tree back would help). However, these didn’t stop us having an amazing time.
