I especially enjoyed the lanai with a beautiful view of the garden and ocean - it made for some sweet and quiet mornings before beginning the busy days. Only downside was that they live upstairs, so there are quiet hours which makes it difficult if you’re planning to stay out late or if your group tends to stay up late. First of all, Kris was very responsive and throughout the entire process prior to and during our stay. Her family lives upstairs so we occasionally run into people around the property but everyone was so nice. The property has everything you could ever need (all the possible coffee making gadgets with a welcome sample of coffee from the farm, plenty of towels and beach towels, snorkel gears and big umbrellas for those HI storms, etc). The two bathrooms are spacious and clean but you have to be mindful of the hot water supply when you have back to back showers. But my stay was during a storm so the lack of solar power could have affected it. There is a hot tub which is shared with the tiny house guest on the farm but it was not a problem for us. My favorite feature has to be the lanai overlooking the coffee farm with the ocean in the background. You are free to roam around the farm and take a closer look at the coffee plants and Kris also very kindly offered to give us a tour and explained the coffee harvesting process. Overall, we had a pleasant experience despite the storm thanks to Kris and her wonderful rental. ##### Catherine W.
