Ideal for a family or small group of friends escaping to the countryside, there are three double beds and beautiful living accomodation throughout, as well as a firepit in the garden for some atmospheric evenings. The attention to detail throughout the cottage is exemplary with beautiful furnishings and artistic touches and a calming palette of natural colours which creates a fabulous luxury hideaway. On entering the cottage, you are welcomed into the dining room, with a natural flagstone floor which is seamlessly linked with the sitting room and the kitchen, boasting a wonderful circular, natural stone dining table and six chairs. The window to the front floods the room with light and the double-sided wood burning stove is shared with the sitting room beyond. The sitting room forms part of a new extension to the cottage, and has natural sisal carpet and bi-fold doors opening out to the garden beyond. With a super comfortable sofa and armchairs, this is the perfect room to relax and escape from the world. The kitchen, also with a natural stone floor, features a marble sink, solid wood worktops and windows out to the rear of the cottage. Superbly equipped with an electric Range cooker, there is everything you need to whip up something tasty for supper. There's also a Nespresso coffee machine. Also downstairs is a funky downstairs WC, tucked away off the dining room through a sliding door. Upstairs are three double bedrooms and the family bathroom. All arranged off the central landing, the master bedroom has a king-size bed with a window looking out to the view behind the cottage. Bedrooms two and three both have double beds with windows to the front and rear respectively. The chic family shower room is tiled in marble with a large walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin. A pretty garden has a gravelled area to the front of the cottage and a paved terrace to the side with seating, a fire pit and planting which naturally softens the landscaping. There is a garden shed, perfect for storing bicycles or surf boards if you are of a more adventurous nature, and there is parking for two cars, as well as an EV charger. A rural idyll, Holt's vibrant High Street with its individual shops and extensive amenities is the nearest hub at less than four miles away. Visit some of the best eateries in North Norfolk; The Owl Tea Rooms, Eric's Pizzas and Two Magpies Bakery, and for the real foodies amongst you, make sure you book well in advance for Meadowsweet, Holt's Michelin star restaurant. The stunning North Norfolk coastline of Salthouse, Cley, Blakeney, and Morston are all within easy reach by car.
